Both the inner and outer images are rooted within the Embracing Yin ... There are an equal number of Yin (Embracing) and Yang (Seeking) lines, so there is strong balance between the fundamental elements of the Universe ... In most contexts, Water possesses a strong tendency towards the dark, ominous currents of the Universe, but in this image Water is being stirred by the movement and spirtual prowess of the Wind. Trees and forests dance and sway ... woody fingers playing gently with the humidity within the air ... Wells deep within the centering Earth allow the deep nourishing presence of Water to mingle with the breeze ... a heady mix of of spirit and water, life and sustenance ... thick with pulsing existence ...

This is the essential substance of our humid lungs taking in the air and distributing the elements fueling our activities ...
